With a focus on advancing clinical research from molecule to medicine, they provide outsourced services to various sectors within the healthcare industry.


Job Description:

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the successful management of investigator sites and monitoring activities for assigned clinical studies.

While this position is homebased, you will have the opportunity to engage with the team through regular meetings and participate in team-building activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of investigator sites for assigned studies, ensuring successful management from initiation to close-out, in alignment with the clinical monitoring plan.
  • Develop strong relationships with investigator site staff to ensure the achievement of key clinical metrics.
  • Maintain the integrity of clinical data by diligently adhering to site tracking records and relevant guidelines.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3/4 years of independent CRA experience, including conducting monitoring visits for clinical trials, preferably within a pharmaceutical company or CRO environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and familiarity with local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in a life science discipline, or equivalent experience, or licensure as a healthcare professional.
