The Company


Carrot is partnering with a Global Pharmaceutical company focused on finding novel and vibrant ways of advancing healthcare. They are on the search for a new Associate Director to manage the end-to-end clinical trial process. This person will have significant project management experience and be able to hit the ground running in a dynamic and energetic global team.


The Role


  • The Associate Director will manage multiple studies and projects and will be a core member of the clinical operations team.


They will:


  • Lead the clinical trial strategy, operations, and large-sized global project teams with innovative and strategic perspective.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder relationship, a positive working culture and act as a senior mentor within the team and company.
  • Show accountability for successful project execution and delivery of the clinical operation plan adhering to budgets, timelines and standards.
  • Ensure all trial management activities are completed in accordance with SOPs and ICH-GCP.


You


  • Extensive experience in Clinical Research within a Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or CRO industry environment, as well as a significant time of in-depth clinical trial management and team management included.
  • Substantial project management experience.
  • Previous proven experience of all aspects of clinical study preparation and startup (including budget planning).
  • Demonstratable leadership experience with an ability to collaborate effectively within immediate team and cross functional teams as required.
  • Innovative individual with a track record of proactive thinking and ability to showcase professional accolades within previous roles.
  • Must have experience in executing the complete range of clinical trial activities from startup to final study report.
  • Experience in oncology, immunology or neurology is preferred.
