What you'll be doing:

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Campaigns Manager to join our growing Marketing team.


As a Campaign Manager you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to help drive engagement and demand.

You will create, develop and execute a series of multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote and position our brand &value propositions to defined target audiences to generate growth.

You will also be responsible (initially) for management of our marketing automation platform supporting campaign execution, the lead management process, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate awareness and engagement across the buying journey to create demand through well-defined integrated campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing counterparts and cross-functional stakeholders on strategic input into planning, content requirements, and timelines to ensure alignment
  • Drive alignment of campaigns to strategic company objectives and market trends to help achieve new revenue and growth targets
  • Execution of campaigns across the full marketing mix: content syndication, paid search/social, webinars, online/offline events, email etc.
  • Manage brief of creative & content needs into Product Marketing & agencies to ensure timelines and communication on plans/objectives are clearly set from beginning to ensure successful collaboration,
  • Own pre-event & post-event comms/campaign planning, working alongside Events lead and other Marketing counterparts to ensure all components are packaged and ready.
  • Track and optimise the campaign within our Marketing automation platform throughout stages to deliver desired ROI, monitoring performance in a timely manner to drive performance and positive outcomes.
  • Define lead scoring in collaboration with CMO and Sales stakeholders. Test and adapt aligned to lead quality and business needs.
  • Create simple nurture programs to increase engagement that result in opportunities for Sales
  • Use data insights and reporting to continuously optimise and inform campaign direction, making quick pivots as needed
  • Manage database strategy and segmentation within Marketing Automation Platform- aligned to best practices and GDPR (and other compliance regulations)


What we're looking for:

Skills :

  • Hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms
  • Experience working in a metrics driven culture to measure tactic and channel impacts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while also staying focused on the details
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales cycles and CRM systems
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing automation technologies (Marketo, Eloqua, Active Campaign, Pardot, or Hubspot)
  • A strong grasp of digital marketing tools, AI, strategies and best practices, tracking and attribution

Profile :

  • Minimum 5+ years in B2B demand gen/campaigns role with proven track record developing & executing successful multi-channel programs
  • Self-starter who exhibits willingness and flexibility to work both independently as well as part of a team.
  • Outcome-focused and results-oriented
  • Proficient in English, written and spoken
