As Programme Manager you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive program plan in line with LSEG strategic goals. Implementing effective communications and encouraging collaboration between project teams, business partners and leadership whilst also providing clear and comprehensive reporting to all customers, addressing issues by deploying problem solving skills and communicating ideas to keep delivery on track and within budget. Working with Vendors to deliver the programme is a key part of this role and you will be expected to manage and track all 3rd party delivery work and ensure performance against commercial agreements.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead business and Technology executives in scope alignment and definition sessions, identify programme critical success factors, and drive mitigation of significant issues and risks.
  • Communicate a clear, vivid, inspiring, and relevant description or picture of project benefits/value to the customer that can be tracked back to results.
  • Define effective programme management processes, structure, roles, and responsibilities to the successful execution and delivery of business objectives.
  • Lead conflict resolution efficiently promoting a collaborative working environment.
  • Effectively remove blockers and mitigate project risks improving team productivity and ensuring delivery.
  • Nurture a hard-working team through creating a positive work environment providing coaching and mentorship coupled with empowerment to support professional growth.
  • Work to improve and reinforce performance in others; facilitate their skill development by providing clear, specific performance feedback and making or eliciting suggestions for solutions/performance improvement.
  • Lead multiple project teams providing technology, business, and methodology leadership, ensuring the delivery of resilient and innovative Technology solutions for high impact business opportunities.
Required Skills & Vital Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Programme Manager
  • Advanced ability to build programmes, challenge stated direction & question the thinking behind initial programme design.
  • Proven experience managing programmes for Salesforce implementations.
  • High levels of curiosity and deep discovery skills that uncover the true drivers of business value, and impediments to successful transformation.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to recognise, pursue, and generate revenue-generating opportunities within accounts/engagements.
  • Proficient Technology Advisor and influencer at C-Suite with the ability to communicate challenging information in both verbal and written form.
  • Able to work within high degrees of ambiguity, adapting plans and strategies where necessary to help manage risks leading others through change.
  • Track record of creating and inspiring high performing delivery teams and fostering collaborative relationships to assure successful delivery every time.
  • Experience of defining strategic goals for Technology Partner Organisations to ensure best-in-class delivery.
  • Ability to influence across multiple functions.
  • A continuous desire and willingness to learn and develop your current knowledge and skillset.
  • Strategic problem solver with strong intuition for business and well-versed in current technological trends and business concepts.
