TechOhana are in the very early stages of partnering with a fast growing, scale up Software business that are looking to a Digital Transformation Program on the Salesforce platform as they potentially look to implement new Clouds
️ What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to drive seamless integration and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while mitigating risks and ensuring quality delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
What You Bring
- Experience: 8+ years in program management, with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms.
- Skills: Expertise in delivering complex Salesforce solutions, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
- Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Project Management) are highly desirable.
- Mindset: A strategic thinker with the ability to manage details without losing sight of the big picture.
