Senior Analyst Corporate Finance

We're pleased to be working with the Corporate Finance arm of a well-established business advisory firm, as they hire a Corporate Finance Senior Analyst in London.


The sector agnostic team advises lower-mid-market clients on sell-side and buy-side M&A, debt advisory, fund-raising and strategic planning. Their approach combines the nimbleness of a boutique with big firm experience to provide their clients with innovative solutions.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Working as an integral part of a small team, you will be involved in the entire deal process from inception through to completion
  • Carry out comprehensive financial analyses, highlighting potential risks
  • Responsible for producing IMs, marketing materials and financial models
  • Provide transaction advice to clients and liaising with both internal and external teams to move the transaction forward
  • Carry out research on potential targets and sectors


Experience:


  • Ideally ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Knowledge and ideally prior experience of working on M&A transactions
  • Restructuring experience is also appealing, as long as you can demonstrate a genuine interest and understand of M&A
  • Strong financial and analytical skillset


The team has a decent pipeline and a strong core team leading the the way. This will be one of the first hires joining the Partner and two Directors, and is an opportunity to be a foundational member of the team.
