This is a leading medical device company with circa 2,500 employees globally that specialize in respiratory medical devices. The devices are rooted in a number of healthcare establishments, inclusive of hospitals, medical education institutes, universities and service institutions to ensure that frontline nurse practitioners, trainee medics and service men & women are providing their respiratory patients with the absolute best (often emergency) care possible.

Key responsibilities:


  • Lead national business development activities to drive sales of medical device.
  • Manage sales process from conception/initiation to completion, seamlessly.
  • Identify suitable device sites / target clients in collaboration with the Regional Managers, both locally and nationally.
  • Execute customer contacts such as: visits, calls, trials, demonstrations, and support.
  • Develop, utilize, and execute pricing models.
  • Management of opportunities in SalesForce & development of monthly report.
  • Collaborate with implementation team throughout sales & implementation process to enhance customer service and achieve quarterly targets.
  • Provide post-sale client support as needed and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Some existing account management / organic growth opportunity with 1-2 established accounts.


Required skillsets & capabilities:


  • 5-6+ years of experience in a business development capacity within a medical device company.
  • Strong capability and understanding of how to effectively manage and execute whole sales process.
  • Ability to identify, qualify, develop, and close of sales opportunities.
  • Successful when collaborating with wider sales and implementation teams, ensuring team cohesion and promoting synergy.
  • National travel (with potential international travel).
  • Personality wise, someone that is passionate, has a lot of humility and has a clear long-term vision.
