The Opportunity

The main purpose of the Contracts Officer role is to review customer agreements, specifically for our Solutions department, and to pull out Landmark’s obligations and document them.

The role will also involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Primary point of contact for the business for legal advice relating to 3rd party Supply Contracts and Customer Agreements with a particular focus on Customer Agreements in the Public Sector.
  • Reviewing all Supplier and Customer Agreements, extracting the necessary contractual obligations on both parties
  • Support the Supplier Relationship Manager as required in relation to SLAs and business Licensing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of Landmark, specifically Landmark's Solutions business unit, along with liaising with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure the Supplier Agreements are in line with Business strategy and fit for purpose.
  • Review all relevant Contracts regularly to ensure fit for purpose, cost beneficial and in line with strategic direction.

About You

You will have commercial experience and a background in working with contracts, with excellent analytical skills and significant attention to detail.

You will also have/be:

  • Report writing skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Professional and pragmatic
  • Experience of working with IT Contracts and Licence Agreements is desirable
