Terry de Gunzburg is an industry legend who, over the course of the past 30 years, has been changing the face of beauty through the invention of countless products and formulas, including the iconic Baume de Rose lip balm. Today, BY TERRY offers customers revolutionary foundations, innovative mascaras, and long-lasting lipstick formulas, as well as a 'couture' beauty line of bespoke cosmetics.


Responsabilities :


  • Creating new merchandising / retail design concepts and retail experiences tailored to each distribution network
  • Managing project from design creation to installation in stores
  • Selecting, proposing, qualifying, and providing all design elements. Developing a mix of suppliers that allow for the optimal tradeoffs among costs and durability of materials.
  • Developing and maintaining production schedules and project calendar
  • Creating planograms
  • Developing the merchandising guidelines and training of retail managers/sales teams for proper implementation
  • Following closely the budget of each project, manage the variations to remain within budget and report regularly to the team manager.
  • Responsible for all invoicing, purchase orders
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers
  • Check store maintenance and organize store visit
  • Monitor competitor activities


Profile :


You have a fisrt experience of VM in the Beauty Industry, you are creative and have a keen sense of observation and aesthetics.

You are familiar with the ADOBE suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, etc.).


Salary : 38/40£K
