About the Role:

As the Merchandiser you’ll be responsible for ensuring their collections land at the perfect time and in the right places, driving both online and in-store success. You’ll work closely with the design, buying, and marketing teams to curate product ranges, ensure strong stock management, and maintain the brands’ unique identity in every detail.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with the brands culture and business objectives.
  • Manage product assortment, inventory levels, and pricing strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with design and buying teams to select and launch collections that reflect market trends and brand ethos.
  • Analyse sales data, customer insights, and market trends to guide future product and merchandising decisions.
  • Create and implement visual merchandising guidelines that embody the aesthetic.
  • Partner with store and e-commerce teams to ensure displays and online presentations are engaging and on-brand.
  • Stay ahead of competitors and continuously research market trends to keep the brand at the forefront of their market.
  • Contribute to seasonal forecasting, product launches, and stock planning to align with consumer demand.


Required Skills:

  • A deep understanding of current culture, trends, and the brands core audience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Experience with both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce merchandising.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for fashion and youth culture.
