About the Role:
As our Visual Merchandising Space Planning Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the in-store experience across all our locations. You’ll be at the forefront of developing and implementing seasonal visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring that each store is optimized for maximum impact. You will collaborate closely with Retail, B&M, and our Senior Visual Merchandising & Concept Manager to bring new projects and store concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize retail spaces to maximize sales each season, aligning with store segmentations.
- Work closely with merchandising and store teams to create effective store layouts based on seasonal visual merchandising (VM) guidance.
- Maintain and update store space counts to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Analyse sales data and monitor market trends to inform store layout decisions.
- Compile and distribute seasonal VM guidance to stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that layouts are effective and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with brands to ensure new fixtures and fittings are correctly integrated into store spaces.
- Attend key events such as conferences, roadshows, and seasonal briefs across the country.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in visual merchandising and space planning.
- Strong project management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability.
- A meticulous attention to detail and a self-starting attitude.
