The Role

Fibe and Fix8 are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Field Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team to increase distribution points, meet revenue targets and retain existing customers.


Reporting to the Commercial Director, we are looking for a colleague with minimum 1 year experience in FMCG

Field Sales within the Food &; Drink industry.


Your Responsibilities

 Growing and maintaining product distribution, sku increase and availability with existing and new

customers.

 Establish and nurture relationships with our distributors, store managers and store owners.

 Analyse internal sales and volume metrics, market trends and consumer behaviours to turn into

actionable insight.

 Achieving monthly acquisition, revenue and distribution targets.

 Support and attend customer samplings.

 Customer setup and ensuring tools are in place to maintain and follow-up with your customers.

 Keeping business informed about industry developments, competitor strategies and regulatory

changes affecting the soft drinks market.

 Representing the company as an ambassador at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings

and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
