Here at MKJ Ignite we are happy to be a working with an FMCG sales agency that partners with brands to help them grow and succeed within the UK, this innovative agency really does think outside the box in order to support their customers anywhere from brand activations or to helping a brand grow within a category.
This is an exciting role for someone who is just starting out in the FMCG industry
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️A driving licence.
⭐️You must have a natural ability to take charge and proactively pursue new opportunities.
⭐️The ability to work autonomously is crucial. You should be comfortable managing your own schedule, setting goals, and holding yourself accountable, this would all come after indepth training and mentoring.
⭐️Success in field sales often comes from perseverance. You need the determination to keep knocking on doors and following up with leads until you close the deal.
⭐️Building and maintaining strong relationships is key. You need to be approachable, personable, and able to connect with a diverse range of people.
⭐️Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others are essential for securing new accounts and increasing sales.
⭐️You will be encouraged to bring an entrepreneurial mindset, stretch the boundaries and challenge the status quo – bringing the whole self to a diverse and exciting team.
