As our Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Marketing function to grow our new brand and drive demand in our target industries, health and wellness. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be focused around executing and actioning our agency marketing strategy across a range of brand activations, lead generation campaigns, always on channels and content.

From writing award applications and case studies with our team of digital experts, to creating content for, managing, and leveraging our agency’s social media presence, this role requires creativity, an eye for design, good copywriting skills, and outstanding project management

Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with our Leadership teams, you will need to be a confident collaborator who always keeps the agency’s strategic objectives in mind. With responsibility for the management of Everybody’s website and social channels, you will be experienced using digital channels and have the ability to write and edit content to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing


  • Support the Marketing Director on actioning our marketing strategy through project managing projects, coordinating events, and being responsible for our always-on marketing activity
  • Create and deliver a content & social media strategy that drives engagement and audience growth.
  • Manage the production of Everybody’s content, social, website and PR collateral which includes creating copy and formatting images, as well as working with our Creative team to source assets depending on the need of the project.
  • Manage the global programme of award entries; collaborating with internal stakeholders and writing persuasive award applications
  • Help write and produce company email campaigns and manage Everybody’s CRM database and automated email journeys.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Everybody website
  • Manage the production of client case studies for both the website and internal assets that support new business
  • Work with the People team to ensure marketing support of the ongoing recruitment strategy


What you’ll bring


  • 1-2 years’ experience in a previous marketing role which included content creation and campaign/activity management
  • Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong and confident communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven experience in writing and editing copy for marketing campaigns and social media
  • Savvy social media expertise with experience of developing social strategies (inc. paid social) managing social media accounts, planning campaigns and building online engagement
  • Strong capability and use of Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint)
  • An understanding of Wordpress CMS, analytics, design, functionality and UX
  • Experience managing or supporting with PR relationships, including writing pitches, securing speaking opportunities or running events
  • Awareness of and/or interest in the digital marketing specialisms we offer; Research, Strategy, Creative, SEO, Paid media, and Data and Analytics
  • Experience working for/with marketing agency or client-facing business
