Strategic PA Recruitment has been exclusively tasked with finding a motivated Personal Assistant to support the dynamic female founder of an exciting start-up near Twickenham. It is a hybrid position but there must be a degree of flexibility, being able to work alongside with the Founder up to 2 to 3 days a week a necessity.


This is a pivotal moment to bring on board a Personal Assistant who can drive efficiency and contribute to business growth. You'll play a key role in managing diaries and inboxes, setting up streamlined processes, and coordinating the corporate calendar – all essential elements in helping the company lay strong foundations for its future expansion.


The founder is passionate about fostering a culture of empowerment and positivity. As her Personal Assistant, you'll be instrumental in safeguarding and promoting this culture across the organisation.


We're looking for a proactive, efficient, and driven individual with a strong customer service mindset. You'll need to be warm, caring, and fully supportive of the founder. Your excellent organisational skills and positive attitude will be key to success in this role, along with a high level of emotional intelligence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Inbox Management: Handle emails for the Founder and company, drafting responses and promptly addressing important communications.
  • Diary and Event Management: Arrange meetings, events, conference calls, and occasionally business travel, prioritising schedules and managing logistics.
  • Private Assistance: Support the Founder with private appointments and personal tasks and engage in ad hoc project work as needed.
  • Marketing Support: Assist the Founder with key marketing diary opportunities and manage social media content deadlines, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Meeting Organisation: Coordinate meetings across time zones, assist with agendas and presentations and liaise with venues.
  • Meeting Support: Take accurate meeting notes, ensure follow-ups on action items and attend meetings with the Founder when necessary.
  • Expense Management: Handle Founder and management team expenses, obtain approvals and assist with financial administration.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

You must live, breathe and love being organised G-Suite experience is a must as is a passion for ‘health and wellbeing’, PA/Executive support experience in a start-up / small company environment a plus, excellent communication and IT skills.

Flexibility, loyalty, proactivity, strong customer service mindset, ability to remain calm under pressure, approachability, enthusiasm, good sense of humour and a positive solution-focused approach to work.


ROLE PACKAGE:

  • Annual Salary of circa £40,000 DOE
  • 20 days Annual Holiday plus UK Bank Holidays
  • Statutory Pension Contribution

Office hours can be mutually agreed during interview stage, flexibility is key. This is a Level 3 / 4 role on the Global Skills Matrix.
