The Learning and Talent Team supports the organisations employee life-cycle. The Early Careers Resourcing Partner is a key component of this with the responsibility to identify future needs, resource the best talent and develop programmes to fulfill each employees potential.


Job Description


  • Lead the development of an early careers’ population across the business and work with stakeholders to create career development opportunities.
  • Ensure that there is business engagement within the budget planning process to accommodate early career roles. This includes estimates on number of roles, in which departments and for what duration.
  • With the Resourcing Manager, create a timebound plan and schedule for engagement with the business to ensure we are in the market at the right time to hire the best talent for early career opportunities.
  • Support the creation of content and branding for candidate attraction.
  • Build relationships with education institutions to ensure Insights is visible as a development opportunity.
  • Act as an ambassador for Insights’ overall commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Investigate and implement strategies to encourage diverse talent attraction to the business.
  • Provide candidates for the early career opportunities adhering to all compliance requirements, including GDPR.
  • With support of our learning and development team and people business partners, engage with hiring managers to build development pathways within early careers programmes for each of the early career opportunities.
  • Manage the overall delivery of the early careers programme.
  • Co-ordination of all regular communication and updates with internal stakeholders, including functional early career programme leads, graduate rotation managers, internship functional managers, people business partners and learning and development consultants.
  • Continuous improvement and development of Insights’ early careers programme, working in partnership and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Staying connected to education industry trends and bringing this knowledge into the development of the early careers programme.


Qualifications


• No formal qualifications are necessary for this role

• You must be able to demonstrate experience of managing recruitment processes and sourcing candidates

• It is essential that you have experience in programme development delivery. This does not have to be within Early Careers but is certainly an advantage
