Our client is a successful ingredients based business with sites throughout the UK. They are looking for an outstanding salesperson to lead on a number of diary based accounts within the UK and Ireland. Our client has recently been developing new initiatives to support ground-breaking ways to a healthier life.


Your Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for a wide range of accounts in the UK & Ireland.
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies within the dairy markets where necessary.
  • Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application and product development.
  • Lead projects from customer briefing to implementation, with full responsibility and accountability.
  • Negotiate pricing with customer.
  • Creating and fulfilling own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans.
  • Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers.
  • Establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Monitoring the market and identify market potential.


Your Profile

  • Consistent track record in Project Management and Sales performance.
  • Experience in the food, beverage and foodservice business segments (B2B), with dairy sales experience an advantage.
  • Ideally a university degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Knowledge and commercial contacts to the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Ability to work in teams within a matrix organization and possess strong communication skills.
  • Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
  • Independent and structured work.
  • Enthusiasm, initiative and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong customer, service orientation and technology skills.
