Territory Business Manager – Acute Hospital

West Midlands – Competitive Salary plus Bonus, Car and benefits


Scope:


Our client are a global technology company who operate in over 100 countries. They continue to dominate the market, and as a result, are seeking a motivated individual to join their team in North East Anglia. As a high calibre Territory Business Manager, you will be rewarded with a great sales incentive bonus plan and many other benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Driving the growth of the portfolio into the acute hospital setting.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the trust.
  • Manage a wide portfolio of products across multiple accounts.
  • Share your product knowledge with clinical staff to ensure continuous pull through of product.
  • Develop business plans to expand usage of products.
  • Improve customer satisfaction while providing world class Service results.
  • Work with marketing to build strategies that are important for your accounts.


About You:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the medical environment
  • Driving license
  • Strong IT skills, ability to Windows and associated application.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to drive for results while navigating ambiguity.
  • High Self-motivation
