Territory Manager

Our client is an established European market-leading company with a well-rooted market position and reputation. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Territory Manager - Scotland and Northern Ireland to ensure that sales budgets are achieved in the defined territory in line with company objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales budget in the defined territory.
- Responsible for reporting adverse events strictly as per specific local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Report complaints strictly following specific local SOPs.
- Responsible for the timely entry of activities and business opportunities into the company’s CRM System.
- Manage any promotional expense budget devolved by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Plan, organise and execute sales activity as directed by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Assist as directed by the Sales & Marketing Manager in responding to tenders and compiling quotes.

- Strategic orientation, market understanding and commercial mindset.
- Excel at communicating in person, over the phone, via email, and across teams.
- Strong track records in sales of pharmaceuticals, imaging or medical devices.
- Ability to proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Desire to proactively understand NHS-relevant guidelines.
- Ability to align NHS-relevant guidelines with company's modalities and products.
