The IT Infrastructure Manager oversees the technical systems and services that support the operations of the charity. Using their extensive skills and experience, you will ensure that all infrastructure, systems, and services are running efficiently to provide maximum value to the organization. Additionally, you will lead the development of infrastructure to fulfil the needs of the charity.


This role is split between being managerial and hands-on.


Experience with the following would be beneficial:


Technical:


  • Comprehensive hands-on expertise in managing and delivering infrastructure solutions in a complex, multisite settings.
  • Experience in Microsoft server technologies.
  • Experience in Windows Server administration.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience in MS365 setup and management.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
  • Understanding of Networking


Managerial:


  • Managing small teams across projects
  • Experience mentoring and developing staff
