Roles & Responsibilities -


Social Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a cohesive social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand vision, values, and business goals across key platforms including but not limited to Meta/TikTok/Pinterest.

US Strategy: Develop and manage a US social and content strategy, establishing appropriate KPI’s and goals for this.

Channel Management: Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Meta and TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging content.

Team Management: Manage and develop the organic social media team, leading weekly catch ups and helping to prioritise workloads.

Social Content Planning: Manage an organised social calendar, collaborating closely with the marketing team to plan the schedule.

Lead on Content Day Shoots: e.g. managing briefs, contacting agents/influencers, negotiating fees, creating content, managing BTS etc. Manage post-production and sharing of assets.

Content Creation: Manage content creation and editing: plan, execute and develop content on photoshoots and in-house. Helping to create and edit all content and share with the wider marketing teams.

Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports and insights on performance, successes, and key learnings to stakeholders and the wider teams.

Budget: Responsible for organic budget management and organic paid boosting strategy to drive traffic to website and grow social media following.

Paid Social Coordination: work closely with the paid social team to create video content optimised for paid ads on Meta and Tik Tok. Ensure alignment between organic and paid content strategies.

Community Management: Foster and maintain a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries.

Influencer Management: Identify, engage and manage gifted and paid influencers, ensuring an excellent fit with the brand and its target audience. Own all contract negotiations between influencers and agents with the ability to negotiate terms to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other areas of the business, including the Merch, Design and Buying teams

Trends: Keep up to date with content trends and audience preferences, keep notice of social media best practices, trends, tools, technologies and techniques to create and execute the brands social media vision and growth strategy across all social platforms and channels.

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • You know how to create thumb-stopping moments
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative and inspiring content ideas
  • Experience with using CapCut and editing techniques
  • Highly organised and proactive at managing tasks
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Possessing an exceptional level of attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others
  • A can-do, positive attitude
