In this role, you will be working with a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career, ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administering pension schemes on behalf of our clients, including calculating and paying benefits, managing member records, and dealing with member enquiries.
  • Ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Providing high-quality customer service to clients and members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaising with other departments within the business to ensure the smooth running of the pensions administration process.


Key Requirements:


  • Previous experience in pensions administration within financial services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pension schemes and pension legislation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
