We are looking to hire an Corporate Account Co-ordinator to support a Senior Account Manager and ensure the seamless management of key global client accounts. Job purpose nature & scope:

You will play a vital role within the organisation supporting the Senior Account Manager with a blend of administrative duties and client facing responsibilities in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will be tasked with maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency, acting as a liaison between corporate clients and various internal departments, including sales, design and project management.


In this role, the coordinator will engage with clients to understand their needs, resolve enquiries, and ensure satisfaction, thereby contributing to client retention and loyalty. They will also be responsible for monitoring account performance, preparing reports and assisting in the development of strategies aimed at expanding the corporate client base.

This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, pro-active and capable of working independently, while also fostering collaborative relationships within the team.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a main point of contact for corporate clients, addressing and directing their inquiries, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate with internal team across, sales, design and project management to fulfil client orders and requests in a timely manner
  • Monitor account performance metrics and complete all reporting needs delegated by Account Manager on time and accurately
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's corporate client base
  • Support the Senior Account Manager
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in sales coordination, customer service, account management, or related field, preferably in the furniture industry
  • Proven excellent customer service
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive with the ability to work with minimal supervision and driven with the ability to problem solve
  • Organised and with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously and as a team developing collaborative relationships with team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Able to work on multiple projects at any one time and ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Efficient with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
