SUMMARY OF ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Growth, you will work across our portfolio to understand and enable client growth goals. As one of two Account Strategists, you will scope and propose strategy & vision roadmaps focused on tangible performance and growth metrics.

You will work closely with the client account manager, project managers and delivery teams to ensure strategy is at the heart of the client relationship with the agency and that workstreams are prioritised in line with growth objectives.


WHO YOU ARE

A “strategy first” commercial and performance-driven consultant, you will be an experienced E-Commerce professional well versed in the digital disciplines that combine to create a successful DTC E-Comm environment. As well as understanding and adopting these digital skills, you will be a sophisticated and accomplished relationship manager able to engage and impress clients at senior leadership level.


A strong team player you will operate agency-wide to coordinate strategic services and technical solutions to optimise your portfolio.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy Roadmap creation & management
  • Audit based insight gathering and plan creation
  • Liasing with client account manager, delivery project manager and growth services team
  • Regular client communication, reporting & strategy collaboration at all stakeholder levels
  • Working within the sales team to upsell strategy services to other clients within the portfolio


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Hands on experience of managing DTC E-Commerce websites and digital marketing solutions
  • Outstanding client communication skills (verbal and presentation)
  • Excellent Strategic and analytical approach and experience
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients roadmaps at both high and detail level
  • Autonomous time management
  • Previous solution sales experience (min 3-5 years)


Location

The Tom&Co nerve centre is located at our trendy office near Tower Bridge. Office-based two days per week (Tue & Thur) though flexible as needed for client meetings in addition to that.
