We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our social media channels. The ideal candidate is a seasoned social media expert, deeply familiar with Web3 trends and passionate about community building. With a proven track record of creating highly engaged followers and executing effective growth plans, this candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing.


Responsibilites

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends, industry experts, competitors, and target audience
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals, identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) daily across multiple platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Twitter insights
  • Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
  • Produce high quality graphics and videos.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience or outstanding results if less
  • Deep understanding of the communication, engagement, influence theory, and best practices
  • Deep understanding of Web3 tech, community building, and market narratives
  • Experience with web3-native tools, platforms, and analytics
  • Experience in cross-functional teams, managing content calendars and outside partners.
  • Experience in growth or a social media agency is a plus.
  • Experience in working with Tier-1 teams is a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, especially Photoshop (preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media marketing , only in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using social media analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content and campaign ideas.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Collaborative team player.
