Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across our London and Dubai offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, keeping up with daily TikTok trends, and ensuring a high volume of quality posts. The role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about social media, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Create and post a minimum of 10 Instagram stories per day, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and aligned with the brand's voice.
  • Film and coordinate the production of at least 5 videos per day, staying up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends.
  • Collaborate with a team of editors to ensure all video content is of the highest quality before publishing.
  • Develop creative concepts to increase brand awareness and engagement across all social media platforms.


  • Community Management:
  • Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions across all social media channels.
  • Monitor and manage online conversations about the brand to maintain a positive and engaging presence.
  • Implement strategies to increase community engagement and build strong relationships with followers.


  • Trend Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, especially on TikTok, and incorporate them into content planning.
  • Use insights to optimise content and strategies, ensuring continuous growth and improvement.


  • Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with the London and Dubai offices to align social media strategies and ideas.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the luxury or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating high-quality visual content, including videos and stories.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and community management skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work across both London and Dubai time zones as needed.
