The role
The Adviser Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have a seamless onboarding experience and are fully equipped to utilise our platform's functionality. This role involves training new clients, preparing contracts, assisting with the onboarding process, updating the CRM system, and performing various research and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enjoy training others and demonstrate strong technical abilities.
Our platform offers a multitude of tax wrappers including ISAs and Pensions so a good understanding of these products will be required.
Key responsibilities:
Client Training and Onboarding:
- Conduct training sessions for new clients to ensure they understand and can effectively use the platform's functionality.
- Provide ongoing support to Financial Advisers during the onboarding process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Assist in the development of training materials and user guides to aid in client education.
Contract Preparation:
- Prepare and manage client contracts, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather required documentation and approvals.
- Maintain organized records of all contractual agreements.
CRM Management:
- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client information and interaction records.
- Monitor and track client engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and provide insights based on CRM data to support sales and marketing strategies.
Research and Administrative Support:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.
Essential Requirements:
- Understanding of investment management platforms and financial products
- Experience in a sales support, client onboarding, or similar role within the financial services industry, or
- Previous experience as a paraplanner or working with financial advisers in a support capacity
- Aptitude for learning software/technology minded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset
Desirable:
- Relevant degree/qualifications in finance or related fields, IOC or FA2 in Pension Administration Qualification
- Client onboarding, AML and KYC experience
- Previous experience delivering technical training
