They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (B2B) to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over a year of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success in prospecting leads, cold calling, and managing the full sales cycle.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales tactics and improve performance.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.


Expectations & Requirements:


  • Proven B2B sales experience of over 1 year.
  • Strong ability to prospect leads and conduct effective cold calls.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
