About the Role: What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver data efficiently to both internal and external clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end-to-end data workflows.
  • Provide operational data support as needed.
  • Support all projects related to onboard survey data storage.
  • Oversee and coordinate file transfer systems for data movement between entities or third-party stakeholders.

Qualifications: What Experience We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, data analytics, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in data governance and data quality management.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud storage and cloud compute technologies.
  • Extensive experience with database schemas and structures.
  • Advanced computer skills and familiarity with various data formats.
  • Comprehensive understanding of your primary discipline and related fields.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and liaison skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to communicating with team members and management.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to explore and implement diverse ideas and practices.
  • Ability to identify and apply technological trends and patterns within the organization.
  • Knowledge of web-based technologies for data storage and manipulation.
  • Experience with agile project and development methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Problem-solving experience related to IT systems, software, and project management is a significant advantage.
