Reporting to: Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director

Role Overview:
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will support our sales efforts by assisting with the management of client accounts and contributing to the growth and profitability of these relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to develop their skills in account management and sales strategy. You will work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to nurture relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to team and project initiatives. The role offers substantial room for growth, with a clear pathway to more senior positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Support:
- Assist in managing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Support the Senior Sales Manager in preparing pricing strategies, sales proposals, and reports.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products to existing clients.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
Sales Development:
- Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to grow key accounts and increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in adjusting strategies to meet changing market conditions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager and cross-functional teams on key projects related to product development, marketing, and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate on the development of private label products and new brand strategies for key clients.
Professional Growth:
- Receive ongoing mentorship and guidance from senior team members, with opportunities for professional development.
- Set and achieve personal sales targets, with support from the Senior Sales Manager.
Key Candidate Attributes:
- Some experience in sales or account management, preferably in the health and wellbeing sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ambition to grow within the company and take on more responsibilities over time.
What They Offer:
- Annual salary up to £40,000.
- Performance-based bonus.
