SEND Case Officer - Contract Opportunity - Interviews this Friday
Panoramic Associates is working with a local authority in West London to recruit an SEN Case Officer for an interim contract, starting as soon as possible and running until the end of March 2025.
To be considered you must have experience/knowledge of the tribunal process, as you will need to assist the Tribunal Officer (creating bundles, occasional witness meeting etc)
Key details:
- Day rate: £280 per day (via an umbrella company).
- Location: Remote with occasional on-site attendance for specific meetings.
- Start date: Immediate start preferred
- Interviews: Held this Friday (29th November)
Key responsibilities:
- Manage straightforward SEN casework and work alongside the Tribunal Officer (who holds 11 cases) offering support
- Lead the occasional meeting with witnesses and provide tribunal-related guidance.
- Advise case officers as needed, without formal management responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the SEN tribunal process and timelines.
- Previous experience in SEN casework, ideally at a senior level.
- Familiarity with Synergy IT systems (preferred).
- Availability for interviews this Friday, with a view to starting immediately.
