The remaining two days will be dedicated to your role as a clinical leader. You’ll drive strategic initiatives, lead training sessions, and provide supervision to enhance team capabilities. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be key, as you contribute to the development and evolution of our services while empowering others to deliver exceptional care.
You’ll be able to influence real chance, shaping how therapeutic care is delivered. You’ll have a voice within the Therapies Leadership Team where your insights will be valued, and your expertise used to influence service improvements and drive meaningful change. By working closely with team members and managers, you’ll help build a strong, supportive foundation for the care we provide. Your mentorship and collaborative approach will empower others to deliver consistent, compassionate, and evidence-based support. Together, you’ll create brighter futures for the children in our care and school, ensuring that every action taken has a lasting impact.
