JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an exciting position for someone who knows E-commerce and the Luxury retail market. You may actually be operating as a Merchandise Administrator or E-commerce Administrator within a current capacity . Ideally, you’ll have a good knowledge of premium luxury brands and an e-commerce background and a strong interest in e-commerce retailing.

This role is highly administrative and numerical. The duties include preparing offers, placing purchase orders, filing documents and analysing prices, creating and maintaining the critical path, and quality control. Ad hoc duties are also an essential daily part of the job role as the employee provides full administrative support to the team.

Techincal knowledge of Shopify is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver client success.
  • Prioritize and manage clients’ expectations
  • Have a full understanding of client's needs and business objectives
  • Develop relationships with key influencers within clients’ companies.
  • Assist in the planning and oversight of Digital Campaigns
  • Have a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SEM, Video, Social etc.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations and communications
  • Analyse campaign results and carry out optimisation if needed
  • Compile reports as required
  • Co-ordinate uploads in line with sales budgets and brand requirements
  • Monitor site to ensure products are presented to meet brand standards
  • Analyse stock packages, writing, reviewing, checking confirmations and revising accordingly
  • Manage the vendor terms directory and new supplier set-up in conjunction with the Retail team
  • Proactively source product
  • Perform regular competitor analysis reports and feedback to the team


REQUIREMENTS:


  • A minimum of (Typically 3 years +) years experience working in an e-commerce environment at the Account Executive / Manager level.
  • Digital native with expertise in all Digital channels: PPC, SEO, Content, Social, Programmatic, etc.
  • Expertise in Klaviyo and Shopify
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients
  • A thorough understanding of how digital fits into and complements general marketing strategies.
  • Experience in participating in new business pitches;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in working professionally with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • English language - native-level speaking and writing.
  • Excellent mathematics skills are a must.
  • Communications skills - you know how to communicate professionally via email and phone.
  • High organisational skills, ability to schedule and manage your workflow
  • Knowledge of PHOTOSHOP

Your main responsibilities will be


  • Monitor the online store to make sure the collection is well-represented (photography, styling, recommended prices, merchandising)
  • assist in placing the orders, inserting the orders in the system, sending confirmations
  • create proforma invoices, customs papers, and shipping documents; organize shipments
  • monitor website performance and liaise with the development team
  • liaise with the partners and maintain commercial relationships
