About the Role:

Our client is searching for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their dynamic and growing team. In this thrilling role, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s innovative solutions, creating your own sales pipeline, exceeding targets, and generating significant revenue. Be the face of our client’s cutting-edge solutions to a diverse range of businesses.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and qualify new leads through dynamic cold-calling, uncovering potential customers for our services.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through impactful face-to-face meetings.
  • Sales Excellence: Deliver compelling presentations that highlight our value proposition, negotiate and close deals, consistently exceeding your sales targets.
  • Customer Conversion: Act swiftly on sales inquiries, converting them into satisfied, paying customers.
  • Network Building: Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts within your territory.
  • Opportunity Initiation: Identify and initiate business opportunities, assessing potential safety hazards at prospective client locations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships with regular follow-ups to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve any account issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire to achieve targets through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, database management, and online CRM platforms.
  • Skilled in handling customer inquiries, pursuing leads, and conducting in-person meetings with potential clients.

  • £25K starting salary for entry-level candidates and £30K for those with industry experience.
