The Role Scope


Senior Social Media Executive is responsible for delivering MandM’s brand proposition across multiple social platforms in numerous markets. You will deliver the full ‘end to end’ social remit inc ideation, planning, copywriting, content production, publishing and tracking.


The ultimate focus for this role will be driving brand awareness and ultimately sales revenue through social platforms.


✨Role key responsibilities


  • Ideate ideas for social channels
  • Plan social content both reactive and proactively
  • Deliver the MandM tone of voice for the brand in a credible and consistent manner
  • Support and mentor the social media executives
  • Work closely with the wider brand team to develop creative assets
  • Ability to create eye catching content utilising our internal and external resources
  • Monitoring social trends that MandM can leverage
  • Research content to ensure we maintain relevancy and identify opportunities to improve the MandM channels
  • Deliver day-to-day reactive and proactive comments on all key social media channels
  • Use analytical platforms to monitor and evaluate the success of social media activity
  • Set up, optimise and report on paid ads across all channels
  • Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure correct products are being promoted
  • Audit, monitor, and report regularly on social performance.
