About the Role

Mobilus Ltd is seeking a talented Brand Manager to join their growing team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the media strategy and ultimately delivering the brand proposition across multiple channels in numerous markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the annual brand plan, including project responsibility across the marketing mix
  • Lead and manage a small team of 2 x Seniors and 2 x Executives in both brand and social media
  • Constantly review brand performance to inform brand planning cycles for creative improvement
  • Deliver strong through the line brand plans tailored by channel to enable consistent brand execution
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints both tone of voice and visually
  • Lead media strategy, planning and execution, creating all creative that is needed for media plans

Requirements

The successful candidate will have proven commercial experience across the full marketing mix with a thorough understanding of brand, media, creative development and campaign management. They will have previously managed teams and must have experience in writing commercially oriented creative briefs as well as managing external agencies with a good eye for detail.
