Following a major refurbishment, The Imperial Hotel will open as ILH flagship 4* Deluxe Hotel in 2026.

We are currently recruiting forGroup Reservations Supervisors based at Holiday Inn Hotel.

As Groups Reservations Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of the administration of group reservations, including entry of all confirmed group booking in Opera. Prepare proforma invoices for advance Group bookings and ensure that deposits/prepayment deadlines are adhered toand dealt with efficiently and on time.

This role will support the Reservations Manager with the day-to-day operations of reservations and deliver a high level of customer service that meets the brand standard for all reservations, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises in order to maximise hotels sales.

Your key duties will be as follows:

  • Keeping up to date and providing information about any new and current offers, packages, rates and information about the hotels within the hotel group.
  • Ensure that rooming lists are received on time and entered accurately in Opera.
  • Ensure that all calls/emails are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner, making sure that all administration for group booking is kept up to date.
  • Support team members with daily challenges/queries ensuring that these are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.

What wed like from you

  • Ideally you will have previous experience in Hotels Reservations management.
  • A good level of spoken and written English
  • You will have a positive can-do attitude, with the ability to work both independently as a team.
  • You will have a confident and engaging telephone manner
  • Flexible and reliable to work allocated shifts
  • Working knowledge of Opera or similar PMS
