Citrus Recruit are excited to be working in partnership with a leading automotive company, recruiting for an Assembly Operative based in their Coleshill site.
The company have rapidly grown over the last few years, and as part of their continued expansion an exciting opportunity for the Assembly Operative to join their team.
You will be working on many different parts of the vehicle, this could be door panels, through to bumpers or the interior of the car. Some of the work will be bench working, using small tools such as screwdrivers, angle grinders or bench sanders, with materials such as metals, plastics and rubber. You will be assembling small to large parts and components together for client specific specifications.
You we receive hands on training which will lead your own development opportunities within the business, as the team and the business continues to grow.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As an Assembly Operative you will be responsible for:
- Assembling a mixture of components to client specific specifications.
- Using a mixture of small hand tools to assembly different materials such as metals, plastics and rubber.
- Assembling different car components from door, interior, bumpers etc
- Following clear guidelines to the highest of quality standards.
- Working to tight deadlines within the team, to complete necessary components on time.
Skills & experience required.
Experience required for this Assembly Operative:
- Experienced working with small tools such as screwdrivers, angle grinders or bench sanders, working in a similar environment.
- At least 1 year working in a similar environment.
- Working to high quality standards.
- Ability to follow clear instructions.
Benefits
- Salary of up to £27,000 DOE
- 20 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown & Bank holidays
