Full time/ Part time receptionist

We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our reception for 5 days or 3 days a week (weekend included).

Your key tasks will be:

  • Welcoming and looking after our guests at the reception. These are timeshare owners, Hapimag shareholders and members and hotel guests
  • Check in, check out to the individual standards
  • Processing reservations from all types of guests and preparing their arrival information
  • Actively selling the additional services and products offered in the resort. This includes tickets, excursions, honesty shop items etc.
  • Giving authentic advice on the various possibilities for guests in our region. This includes hikes, excursions, day trips, museum visits etc.
  • Preparing information for other departments like accounts, maintenance, housekeeping

Your profile:

  • Your passion is to look after guests and you are happiest when you can exceed a guest's expectation
  • You have a hands-on attitude and like working in a team, also with other departments
  • You are a great communicator but also like administrative tasks
  • You have previous experience at a reception in a hotel or similar environment
  • You have excellent English knowledge both written and spoken. Spoken German, Italian or Dutch would be an advantage
  • You have a good working knowledge of administrative software like, internet and hotel property management systems
