Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our client's team in Windermere. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with queries
  • Manage bookings and assist with administrative tasks
  • Perform filing, printing, and photocopying duties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration or reception is desired
Working Hours:
  • Tuesday to Saturday (Sundays and Mondays off)

8am - 4:30pm or 9:30am - 6pm

Hourly rate: £11.83

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the holiday apartment industry. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to multitask, we would love to hear from you.
