Xpertise Recruitment are looking for a ServiceNow Specialist on a permanent basis for a key client in Manchester who are going through an exciting insourcing process and building out a permanent team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the support of ServiceNow, including general administration
  • Maintain ServiceNow integrity across the business
  • Perform testing and installation of new releases and updates
  • Develop workflows fields and UI forms, as well as notifications
  • Maintain SLA agreement
