Expense Management Administrator

12 month temporary contract
My client is a global investment banking firm based in London. They are looking for an Expense Management Administrator to join them on a 12 month Temporary Contract Monday – Friday, with the potential to make it long-term. You will be required to provide a fast and efficient service for all Expense Management matters within IBD and GCM divisions.
What you’ll do:
- Management of all expense matters
- Processing of audits/invoices
- In charge of staying up to date on all modifications to policies and procedures and serving as the authority on policies and inquiries
- Management of expense ad-hoc projects
- Aware of when to escalate to IBD/GCM Management and be confident in your ability to do so
- Assist with past-due corporate card payments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload
- The capacity for critical thought
- Ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels
- Proactive ‘can-do’ approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
- Large amount of flexibility
- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
