The successful HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team and staff at all levels in order to provide top-tier support and strategic guidance to the organisation.

Operating at a Business Partner level, the HR Manager will provide expert advice and services across various HR functions, in addition to playing a pivotal role in shaping strategic discussions and initiatives within the company.

Key areas of focus will include talent and succession planning, driving culture and engagement through HR initiatives and supporting leadership drive performance.

The Role:

  • 12 month Fixed Term Contract duration
  • Work closely with the Head of HR to executive HR strategy
  • Develop and manage effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes
  • Facilitate talent discussions and succession planning
  • Cultivate the company culture through HR initiatives
  • Support the leadership in fostering a high performance culture
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to the Senior Management Team
  • Provide advice on recruitment, development and retention
  • Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues
  • Collaborate with the training team to assess and address development needs
  • Oversee the salary and bonus review process
  • Manage career breaks, unpaid leave, flexible working arrangements
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback
  • Assist management in shaping performance, recognition and reward policies

The Person:

  • 3rd level qualification, essential
  • CIPD qualified
  • Experienced HR practitioner with significant HR Management or Business Partnering experience
  • Experience working in an HR capacity within a professional services, corporate, finance or consultancy environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent track record of working with senior management within a complex organisation
  • Strong commercial/business acumen with the ability to influence strategic thinking/direction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • High energy individual who enjoys both the operational and strategic sides of this role and shows great flexibility
