SharpEnd is now seeking a Client Growth Manager, reporting to the Business Director, to help scale its impact within existing client organisations and drive significant revenue growth across our portfolio. The role is a vital part of the company's scale up plans following significant investment from Fedrigoni, the world's leading specialist paper and self-adhesives company, secured at the end of 2023.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and deepen existing key client and business relationships through the creation and implementation of targeted account growth strategies that drive revenue.
  • Expand and strengthen multi-territory client relationships
  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable project briefs and work packages
  • Collaborate with the business development team to spot, nurture, and convert new opportunities.

Experience:


  • 4+ years of proven experience in account management, marketing or business development.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing digital projects successfully.
  • A solid track record in building and maintaining robust client relationships.
  • Experience collaborating in or with international brand teams, ideally within the FMCG or Drinks sectors.


What SharpEnd will do for you:


  • Hybrid working style (4+ days in the office) with Mondays and Tuesdays being full agency days.
