The Opportunity


One of Pivotal’s clients has asked for additional support across their EMEA offices for the next 3 months and so Pivotal are looking to add an extra Talent Partner to the existing team.


The role will work closely with the leadership team within the client as well as the Founder at Pivotal to support the clients growth. Vacancies that this Talent Partner will predominantly be filling include Marketing, Data and Tech.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Recruitment Process: In-depth understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, ability to manage and streamline the process, and ensure a smooth and seamless recruitment experience for the client and candidates.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams, through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Interviewing: Ability to effectively interview and assess candidates from a range of different skills backgrounds and industries, including the ability to ask relevant and insightful questions.



Skills and Requirements we are looking for:


  • Proven track record in a similar embedded recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • Track record of delivering results, meeting targets, and exceeding expectations
  • The Senior Talent Partner will be expected to be proactive and to come with new ideas to achieve their goals
  • The ability to engage with all levels of candidates and to evaluate their suitability for the roles that Pivotal are hiring
  • Detailed and problem-solving skills
  • A completer-finisher mindset to ensure all tasks are completed
  • Comfortable working with different stakeholders in different time zones
