Job Description

Your Mission as LTQR Lead:

The LTQR Lead will report to the Quality Manager and be responsible for The Lifetime Quality Records Process and Collation of records a major programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide LTQR standards, processes, and procedures across the Programme.
  • Establish LTQR requirements via designated EDMS systems.
  • ️ Develop and own the LTQR Strategy and Process for the Programme.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for LTQR activities with stakeholders.
  • ️ Manage electronic and hard copy document management systems.
  • ✅ Ensure compliance with approved processes and procedures.
  • Create master document templates and forms as needed.
  • Oversee the distribution and end-to-end configuration control of documents.
  • Prepare data reports on document status for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Deliver training on LTQR processes and procedures when required.

Key deliverables:

  • Establish the project LTQR system to capture mandatory document properties for site, commissioning, etc.
  • Manage the production of LTQR handover packs and the Health and Safety File.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department and Senior Project Managers to ensure LTQRs are submitted per contract requirements.
  • Review LTQRs for accuracy and adequacy to compile lifetime records and the Health and Safety File.
  • Be well-versed in the Scope of Work, Contract Specifications, Nuclear and CIP Standards, drawings, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with project personnel and clients to establish LTQR procedures and systems.
  • Provide procedural and database management training to future project LTQR staff.
  • Establish a platform for exchanging LTQR data between Programme Suppliers and sub-contractors.

Qualifications

Skills to Suceed

Essential:

  • ONC/HNC in Engineering discipline.
  • ️ CCNSG Safety Passport.
  • Excellent IT skills with experience in EDMS and metadata schemas.
  • ️ Effective communication and report writing skills.
  • Proficient in document management and Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

  • Academic or vocational qualification (e.g., ONC/HNC/HND) in a related subject or significant professional experience.
  • Accredited training towards professional registration (e.g., CQI Practitioner Member).
  • ️ IOSH Managing Safely certification.

Experience:

  • Experience in setting up and implementing LTQR solutions for electronic and hard copy documents.
  • 5+ years of experience with EDMS automation and LTQR records control.
  • ️ 3-5 years in a Quality role within industries like Energy, Manufacturing, Defence, or Project Delivery.
  • ️ Proven experience in large-scale projects in regulated sectors, such as nuclear or EPC projects.
  • Leadership experience and working in a Joint Venture or Alliance environment.
