The Company

This is a fantastic senior sales opportunity Our client is an established multinational foodservice equipment manufacturer. Working in over 100 countries worldwide, with over 100 employees in the UK. Their product range is varied and can be found in most establishments across the foodservice sector including QSR, Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Cafes. Due to fantastic sales growth and a highly successful 2023, we are seeking to add an experienced distribution led sales manager to our commercial team.


The Role

You will be working in our hospitality division, which will focus on maintaining and developing sales relationships with our UK wide distribution partners. The role is varied and involves both gaining listings and implementing pricing at buyer level in addition to driving sales volume via their sales teams. Due to our continued innovation, you will regularly introduce new lines/products to our distribution network.


The account base is well established and is a combination of depots of National distributors and fully managing independent regional wholesalers. You will be targeted on increasing sales revenue with our partners through introducing new lines and growing volume of existing listings. The role is an exciting role which also involves attending exhibitions and product launches around the UK.


The Person

We are looking to speak with experienced senior sales candidates who have a passion for Foodservice, combined with experience in sales via distribution partners.

  • Candidates with a background in distribution management in the foodservice sector will be of strong interest.
  • Candidates must have experience of working for a foodservice manufacturer selling via distribution, this could be food or non-food, such as capital equipment.
  • A background selling non-food products such as catering equipment or unmanned retail, coffee or other drinks equipment would be advantageous.
  • Candidates must enjoy travel, have strong IT skills and have a relationship led approach to distribution management
