ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a strategic Marketing Executive to join our growing, dynamic brand. In this role, you will support with the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring our product and brand campaigns resonate with customers and stand out in a competitive market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (think E-commerce, Product, Commercial) to craft compelling messaging, deliver impactful campaigns, and position our brand as a leader in the beauty industry. This is a unique opportunity to combine creative storytelling with data-driven insights to deliver measurable results and elevate our brand and product portfolio.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer behaviour and competitive dynamics. You’ll have a proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling product messaging that resonates with target our audiences.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:

  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute launch plans for new product releases, collaborating with cross-functional teams including New Product Development, Creative, E-commerce, and Commercial.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and implement 360°marketing campaigns across e-commerce, digital, social, retail, and PR channels to maximise product visibility and sales.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis across portfolio architecture, trends and pricing to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. Gather insights from customer data and feedback to refine product messaging and highlight unique selling points.
  • Content Creation: Work with the creative team to develop product and brand assets, such as campaign visuals, PDP assets, retailer assets, videos and other content.
  • Analyse Performance: Monitor the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimisation and delivery of campaign objectives and KPIs. Provide post-campaign analysis, highlighting successes and learnings to the business to incorporate into future campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Serve as a product expert within the Marketing Team, ensuring all messaging aligns with the brand’s tone and values. Coordinate with Trade Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure consistent product presentation and marketing alignment across touchpoints.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience as a marketing executive, preferably in the beauty industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and/or marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Dash Hudson, Tribe, etc) would be an advantage.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • A genuine desire to deliver campaigns that delight customers and make an impact.

  • Highly organised, able to prioritise workload and enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time.

  • Available to commute to central London at least twice per week.
