As General Manager, alongside the Head Chef you will be the driving force behind the restaurant's success. This is not just a job; it's a chance to lead a dynamic team in delivering an unparalleled dining experience within a truly unique setting. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from managing the front-of-house team to working closely with the kitchen to ensure our high standards are consistently met.

About the role:

  • Build, Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive, motivated work environment.
  • Ensure every guest leaves with a lasting impression by maintaining the highest standards of service and attention to detail.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while ensuring the quality of the dining experience is never compromised.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the dining experience

About You:

  • Proven track record in a management role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • A genuine passion for food, drink, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the venue and work in a fast-paced environment.
