The Lead Product Manager will be at the helm of our product development lifecycle, from conception through to delivery. This role demands a unique blend of technical acumen, customer insight, and product management skills to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed expectations. As a key leader within our organisation, you will also be instrumental in shaping our product strategy and driving the execution of our product roadmap.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company’s vision and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal and external engineering teams, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, identifying opportunities for new features, improvements, and innovations based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of product delivery, managing timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
  • Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and excellence within the product management and delivery teams.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and communicate product value propositions.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management within the technology sector, ideally with exposure to Vehicle CCTV, telematics, or similar fields.
  • Strong track record of delivering high-quality products to market, with a solid understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Agile/Scrum certification or significant experience working in agile development environments.
  • A strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
